'Out of the Woebegone Pyre' has been selected for Fifteen-Minutes-of-Fame featuring organist David Bohn as one of fifteen pieces by composers from around the world. The performance of the set of fifteen is scheduled as part of the Organ Historical Society 2025 National Convention in Milwaukee, Ozaukee Congregational Church, 1142 Lakefield Road, Grafton, Wisconsin 05230 ON, August 8, 2025.

The title of 'Out of the Woebegone Pyre' is taken from the poem 'Holy Spring' by the Welsh poet and writer Dylan Thomas (1914 - 1953). The poem was included in his volume of poetry 'Deaths and Entrances' first published in 1946.
