The latency issues experienced with most current group online internet sessions makes a lot of music difficult to deal with because of the time delays involved. This piece, composed in 2011, should be suitable for online group rehearsals where it is not necessary to play in time with each other.
This piece is a single-page text composition for a flexible ensemble (any combination of performers) with an optional speaker reading the text.
The score is available for free download from MusicaNeo and a recording on Spotify gives an example of just one interpretation.
The performers can devise their own sonic interpretation using the text as inspiration. At the bottom of the page are suggestions for pitches should performers wish to play the letters forming the circle as notes.
